Great place. We are a platinum member and after this long stay we will be a diamond member. Very quiet. Breakfast is awesome. Unfortunately pool was being worked on it looked like. However I didn't ask. Wasn't a big concern for us. Happy hour was great to have for just the wife and I with no kids. Rooms was good. Was respected by all staff. Location is great. Everything is in walking distance. Nice an bright . Elevator works good. However did freak me and the kids out around the 3rd an 4th floor. Vibrates an feels likes it wobbles a bit. Exercise room good. You can play pool. Lobby is really cool. Good place to watch football. Look forward in coming back..

The room was large, clean, quiet, and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and carefully thought out with items logically placed so we didn't have to search for things. The exterior was clean and attractive.
Great service and I wish I would of got the guys name that checked us in. He knew I was bummed when he told me the hot tub wasn't working. So he was sure to stop and tell me that it was later on. He was super friendly and greeted us every time we came in. Great service, rooms were clean, breakfast was good. Cons: Thin toilet paper and trash was piled up out front and never changed the 2 days we were there even after me telling them.
The manager and staff were AMAZING! They go above and beyond to make sure that you have an experience that brings you back. The rooms are beautiful and clean. Very comfortable beds and pillows. We played in the beautiful heated pool and also enjoyed some billiards in the awesome game room. This place is top notch in every way and I'll be planning another trip around staying there again!
We have stayed here about twice a year going to and from Florida from Colorado home. Get location that helps us bypass Dallas. Pet friendly but used to be free and now has a fee. Still, the staff is welcoming rather than tolerant of pets. Clean rooms with few maintenance issues in all that time. Continues to be maintained well. Price is reasonable and better than most for the quality.
Happy hour was GREAT! The room was beautiful and spotless. My little dog was welcome.
